TRACK DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS:

14+ DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT: Full refund or full credit toward a future EVM track day.
7-13 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT: 75% credit toward a future EVM track day. No cash refunds.
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT/NO SHOWS: No refunds or credits.

DRIVER SUBSITUTIONS:

You may transfer your registration to another qualified driver up to 48 hours before the event, pending EVM approval.

MECHANICAL ISSUES:

No refunds or credits will be issued for mechanical failures before or during the event, including failure to pass a tech inspection.

WEATHER POLICY:

Events run rain or shine. If EVM or the track cancels due to unsafe conditions, participants will receive either a rescheduled date or credit toward a future event. If the event proceeds as scheduled, weather does not qualify for a refund.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY EVM:

If EVM cancels or reschedules an event (not the participant), you will receive a full refund or full credit toward a future track day.

HOW TO CANCEL:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text and must include your name, event date, and vehicle information. Cancellation date is determined by the timestamp of the written notice.
